4 of my friends and I planned an eco friendly safari for over two years. We left the US on Feb 14 and returned March 3. Such an amazing flawless trip. Nandi in the US office was so helpful planning and guiding us. She understood the level of accommodations we were looking for and helped us pick the perfect spots from our layover day to every day on safari. Katia in the office helped me plan a surprise for my friends 60th birthday.
Adam our game driver, guide, and now friend was simply the best. He was so knowledgable and caring and kind and compassionate. He brilliantly seeks out and finds animals by instinct and knowledge. So many of the guides now radio each other when they find an animal. Adam does not do that nor does he need to. His instincts get us to the most amazing spots others have not found. We saw the big five and so much more. Adam met us at the airport. Toured us on our rest day for a few hours. Flew with us out to the far end of the bush and drove us back through game drive after game drive.
This company is a well oiled, experienced machine with personal touch after personal touch. He dined with us and stayed with us. It was a great way to get to know him and him to know us. When we flew to our next adventure, we wanted Adam to come along!! We so missed him on the rest of our trip. I HIGHLY suggest Proud African Safaris if you are looking for an eco friendly safari with so much personal service. It can’t be topped. I have so many more pictures so here is a very small sample.
